Stripe Connect
Stripe's multi-tenant payments product, used by ParkDwell to isolate each property's payouts and refunds.
Stripe Connect is what makes ParkDwell a marketplace platform instead of a single-account billing tool. Each property creates its own Stripe Standard account (we generate an onboarding link, they finish KYC). All revenue collected for that property routes to their balance directly; they receive payouts to their own bank on their own schedule. ParkDwell never touches the money — we just take a platform fee on each charge. This is critical for both legal clarity (we're not a money transmitter) and operational cleanliness (refunds, chargebacks, and disputes all flow through the right ledger).
