Destination charge
A Stripe payment pattern where the platform takes a fee and routes the rest to a connected sub-account.
In ParkDwell, each property has its own Stripe Connect account. When a resident pays, the charge is created against the property's account directly ("destination charge" pattern), and ParkDwell takes a platform fee that's transparent to both parties. This is how Stripe expects multi-tenant SaaS to operate: each property's payouts are isolated, refunds come out of the property's balance (not ParkDwell's), and the property's bookkeeper sees clean reconciliation.
