Privacy Policy
Effective 2026-05-12.
This Privacy Policy describes how ParkDwell, Inc. ("ParkDwell," "we," "us") collects, uses, and discloses information about you when you use our parking management platform.
Placeholder content — this template is for development and should be replaced with a lawyer-reviewed Privacy Policy before launch. The structure below matches a standard SaaS Privacy Policy and is suitable for initial integration with Stripe, Google OAuth verification, and SOC 2 evidence collection.
1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly (name, email, phone, license plates, vehicles, payment methods), information about your usage (timestamps, IP addresses, browser type), and information from your property's connected systems (PMS lease records, identity provider claims, gate access events).
2. How we use it
- Operate the platform — issue permits, run enforcement, process payments.
- Communicate with you — sign-in codes, transaction receipts, service announcements.
- Improve the product — aggregate usage analytics; we don't sell individual data.
- Comply with legal obligations.
3. Who we share it with
We share data with the subprocessors listed at /subprocessors (Stripe for payments, Twilio for SMS, AWS for hosting, etc.). We do not sell your data to third parties.
4. Your rights (GDPR + CCPA)
You can export, correct, or delete your personal data at any time from Settings → Privacy inside your ParkDwell account. For requests where you are not yet a user, email privacy@parkdwell.com.
5. Cookies
We use first-party cookies for authentication and analytics. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. No banners required.
6. Children
ParkDwell is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
