We build the parking platform we wish we'd had.
ParkDwell was started by operators who spent too many weekends mediating guest-parking arguments. We're rebuilding parking management from the ground up — modern stack, fair-by-default policies, transparent pricing.
Why we're building this
Most parking software is older than the last iPhone refresh.
Spreadsheets, paper logs, $0.50 per pass via interchange-rate cards — the friction adds up to thousands of staff-hours a year for every property of size.
ParkDwell started inside our own properties: 80-unit apartment buildings where guest-pass disputes ate 6 hours of Saturday-night leasing time. We built the first version for ourselves. Other operators asked for it. Then we made it a company.
What we believe
Four principles, applied everywhere.
Fairness scales
The right algorithm prevents more disputes than any escalation policy.
Self-serve beats sales calls
If a property manager can't get value in the first hour without a phone call, we built it wrong.
Residents are customers too
A polished parker app reduces support load by an order of magnitude.
Transparent pricing
No "call for a quote." If you can't see the price, the product is probably overpriced.
Where we are
A small, distributed team.
Focused on one thing: parking software that operators love. Interested in joining?
