Frequently asked

How does the free trial work?

Every paid plan ships with a 14-day free trial (30 days on Scale). Set up your first property, invite staff, configure permits, and accept resident bookings — all without entering a card. We only ask for payment when the trial ends.

What counts as a 'spot'?

Any stall you've added to ParkDwell, regardless of whether it's currently assigned, in the pool, or marked offline. EV-flagged spots count once, not double.

Can I change plans later?

Yes — upgrade or downgrade in one click from Settings → Billing. Changes prorate immediately.

Do residents pay anything?

Residents only pay for paid bookings — visitor parking and guest-pass overages. The ParkDwell subscription is paid by the operator.

What does 'paid overage' mean on guest passes?

Each plan ships with a quota of free guest passes per resident per month. Beyond that, a configurable per-pass fee is charged to the resident — you keep 85%, we keep 15%.

Is my data exportable?

Always. From Settings → Privacy, any resident can export their full data or request deletion. Operators can export their entire org's data from the Ops console.
