Revenue uplift (+18%): Across our early properties, switching from flat-rate to surge-aware pricing plus monetized guest passes consistently lifts monthly revenue 12–25%. We use the midpoint as a conservative default.
Admin time reduction (–70%): Permit issuance, dispute handling, and invoice reconciliation account for most of a parking admin's week. Once those are automated, the remaining work — coordinating with vendors, handling edge cases — typically runs 1–2 hrs/wk regardless of property size.
