SCIM
System for Cross-domain Identity Management — the standard protocol for auto-provisioning users from your IdP into a SaaS.
SCIM is what lets your IT team flip a switch in Okta or Azure AD and have employees show up in ParkDwell automatically, with the right roles and property assignments. When someone leaves the company, their ParkDwell account is deactivated automatically. ParkDwell supports SCIM 2.0 token-authed for both user provisioning and group-to-role mapping. If you're an enterprise customer, this is non-negotiable; if you're an SMB, you can skip it and provision manually.
